Plantation done in the 72nd State Level Forest Festival in Dr. BR Ambedkar Government College

Palwal : A plantation program was organized under the direction of Vijeta Narwal, in-charge of the Nature Interpretation Center on Sunday in Government College Palwal. Earlier, Dr. Babulal Sharma, Principal of the college, Vijeta Narwal, in-charge of the Nature Interpretation Center of the college, NSS officers Anil Chauhan and Sarita Devi, NCC incharge Dr. Deepika Chhabda, other staff members and NSS and NCC students participated in the 72nd State Level Forest Examination. Participated in the online function organized on the festival. Which was addressed by the Chief Minister and Education Minister of Haryana. After the end of the ceremony, saplings were planted under the guidance of the winner Narwal with the help of NSS and NCC in-charges. 40 saplings were planted in this program. On this occasion, the winner Narwal motivated the students of the college to plant more and more saplings so that the courtyard of the college could be made green. The Principal of the college, Dr. Babulal Sharma, while highlighting the importance of plants, requested all the students to plant more and more saplings and also take care of the plants planted by them. The college administration makes constant efforts to make the college campus green. It is noteworthy that the college has been selected for the District Green Champion Award in the year 2020-2021 by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Union Ministry of Education for cleanliness and green efforts in district Palwal. Yogesh Baisla, Om Prakash Sharma, Pinky, Raju, Sher Singh, Dr Prakhar, Rohtash, Rahul Lamba etc. were present on this occasion.
